Inflatable Packaging’s new line of Poly-Woven Dunnage Bags.

Inflatable Packaging has now launched its new line of Poly-Woven Dunnage Bags. These bags provide superior load stabilization in trucks, containers, ships and rail cars.  They prevent both longitudinal and lateral movement.  They are significantly more effective in stabilizing cargo then wood blocking and bracing.  Our bags are also less expensive and efficient then other alternatives like wood blocking and bracing.

Sizes offered in these bags range from 30” X 30” to 48” X 132”.

The high density of polypropylene per square meter and extra lamination of these bags offers a high rigidity and high quality feel.  Materials used to manufacture these bags are what provides their superior quality rating for puncture and moisture resistance, in addition to their enhanced performance and wearability.

Rapid and easy inflation of the bags are made possible by the product’s innovative edge valve and inflator system, which reduces the filling time by approximately 2/3.

This new line of Dunnage bags is rated from Level 1 to Level 5 and are AAR approved.  These bags are more than just void fillers, they are vital elements in cargo safety. They exert large amounts of pressure, ensuring the cargo is secure and without damage during transit.

Much like other Inflatable Packaging products, these bags are made from green materials and are fully recyclable. These products also have the benefit of being able to be reused up to 4 times.
