An example of what Superi-Air cushioning tubing looks like.

Picture a sheet of air inflated tubes wrapped around a new refrigerator or hot water heater. That would be Superi-Air protective packaging.  This unique packaging type provides us with the ability to surround large or  irregularly shaped items with a protective wall of air.

This type of packaging solution is available in rolls of 820’ and in lengths of 12”, 24”, 36” or 48”. Customers can clip, fill, and cut to their desired length.

Here’s how we make that happen:

1. The shipper determines the outer dimension to wrap around the item.
2. The shipper measures that length off the roll and place a clip over the inflation channel.
3. Inflate the multi-chamber sheet of tubes until the clip is securely affixed.
4. Wrap the item in the inflated protective layer and fasten it with tape.

So what happens if a tube gets punctured and fails? The remainder of tubes will remain fully inflated, ensuring the product receives the intended protection during shipment.  These individual air chambers have individual valves which allow for non-catastrophic failure.

The rolls are uninflated and provide a 90% source reduction in storage space over other bulky filters such as Styrofoam, bubble wrap, or molded pulp. Our product is 100% recyclable and made from green materials.
